- Door-to-Door
- Service that begins at the patient's front door and ends at the entrance of their appointment — not just curb pickup.
- ADA-Compliant Vehicle
- A vehicle that meets Americans with Disabilities Act standards, typically equipped with lifts, ramps, and secure restraints.
- Ambulatory
- A passenger who can walk with minimal assistance and does not require a wheelchair or stretcher.
- Standby Time
